I also offer weights custom made for fermenting vegetables in wide-mouth mason jars.
All of my fermentation crocks are thrown on the potter's wheel, and high-fired with food-safe and highly durable glazes, making them dishwasher safe. They come with custom ceramic weights that you use to submerge your ferment in brine, protecting it from mold growth.
